Robotic moon bases, the chips implanted in our brains, self-driving cars, and high-speed railway line from Beijing to London. 2020, of course, is only a convenience for a decade away from predictions. “It’s interesting, I think 2019 or 2021,” said Mike Liebhold, a distinguished member of the American Institute for the Future, and all around technical skills in order to follow, but is supported by Intel, Apple and even Netscape. After years in high technology to develop and exploit the latest technologies from around the world, now allows customers Liebhold take some time because of their activities so they can make better decisions in a short period of time.

He and his colleagues at the Institute for the Future enables customers to read the newspapers (the prognosis is Truth Sayers, observers crystal ball), but he can play what he calls the signals – what you see in the world, can make reasonable predictions about what the future brings.

“We help people to think systematically in the future,” says Liebhold. For example, the current technology of dynamic data and mobile forces still exist in the economies of scale, Liebhold said that it is possible that the majority of the population can afford a smartphone or Internet Tablet 2020, offers all geography and global information and Global Communications (Labour Force cons, he says, is more political than technical.)

PostHeaderIcon Toshiba launches 19nm 64 Gb NAND Flash Memory

Toshiba Corporation, its leadership in developing and manufacturing advanced, fast NAND flash memory, today announced that it has been producing NAND flash memory to 19nm process technology, the highest achieved. This latest technology advance has been applied to two bits per cell, 64-gigabit (Gb) chips are the smallest in the world and offers the highest density of a single chip (8 gigabyte (GB)). Toshiba added 3 bits per cell products manufactured with 19nm process technology for its range of products.

Samples of two bits per cell 64 gigabit is available at the end of this month and mass production is expected in the third quarter (July-September 2011).

Toshiba leads the industry in density, which makes high-waisted, small die NAND flash memory chips. The use of 19nm generation process technology to further reduce the size of the chip, which allows Toshiba to meet sixteen 64Gbit NAND flash memory chips in one package, offering 128 GB of material for use in smart phones and Tablet PCs. Conversion products is also equipped with 19nm DDR2.0 lever, which improves the speed of data transfer.

As the market for mobile devices such as smart phones, tablet PCs, and SSDs (Solid State Drive) grows, the demand for smaller products with high density memory to grow. Accelerate the migration to NAND flash memory, Toshiba aims to strengthen and expand its position as market leader in NAND flash.
